Wildland Fire Training

We offer non-NWCG Wildland Fire Operations training AND Wildfire Mitigation, Home Hardening, & Defensible Space training for fire departments and other community emergency responders.

Prescribed Fire Training

Our Goal: We train and mentor prescribed fire practitioners at all levels, from beginners to experienced Burn Bosses, to make them safer and more effective firelighters.
Grounded Truths creates, delivers, and assists partner organizations with delivering hands-on prescribed fire trainings & workshops covering the entire prescribed fire process, with mentored live-fire burns, and Spot Fire Workshops.

AAS Solar Eclipse Task Force/Local Planning Workgroup

From early 2022 through the April 2024 Total Solar Eclipse, Grounded Truths supported AAS' Solar Eclipse Task Force & Local Planning Workgroup in preparation of Annular Eclipse 2023 and Total Eclipse 2024 with subject-matter expertise in public safety and emergency management for unusual events.
